About Shopping del Sol
Shopping del Sol —today delSol Shopping & Lifestyle— is Paraguay's first large-scale shopping mall, opened on October 19, 1995 on Aviadores del Chaco avenue. It catalyzed Asunción's «new downtown» and remains one of the country's flagship malls.
It gathers around 200 stores over two levels, with anchor tenants such as the DeliMarket supermarket, the Nueva Americana department store and Cines Itaú del Sol, plus international brands (Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, Banana Republic, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works) and a large food court. It has three levels of underground parking.
