How to search, filter, contact and manage your property search.
1 How to search for properties
- 1 Go to the properties or projects section from the main menu.
- 2 Use filters for type (house/apartment/land), area, price and bedrooms.

- 4 Apply filters and review results in list or map view.
- 5 Click on a property to view its full details with photos, floor plans and location.
2 How to save favourites
- 1 On any property page, click the heart icon.

- 3 Without an account, favourites are stored in your browser (cleared when you delete cookies).
- 4 Create a free account to sync favourites across devices.
- 5 Access your favourites via My Account → Favourites.
3 How to set up property alerts
- 1 Apply the search filters you're interested in (area, price, type).
- 2 Click "Save search and activate alert".

- 4 Enter your email if you're not registered.
- 5 You'll receive an automatic email when a matching property appears.
4 How to contact an agency or professional
- 1 On the property or service page, fill in the contact form.
- 2 Enter your name, email and phone. The message is optional.

- 4 Click "Send enquiry". The agency receives your message within minutes.
- 5 Track your enquiry status via My Account → Enquiries.
Real estate agency
How to manage your partner account, upload properties and work with leads.
1 How to publish a property
- 1 Log in to your Portal at portal.viaparaguay.com.
- 2 In the sidebar menu, go to Properties → New property.

- 4 Fill in: type, operation, price, area, size and description.
- 5 Upload photos (minimum 3). Drag to reorder. Click Publish.
2 How to manage your leads
- 1 In the Portal, go to Leads. You'll see the Kanban board with statuses: New / In contact / Closed.

- 3 Click a lead to view contact details and their message.
- 4 Use the "Reply" button to send them an email directly from the portal.
- 5 Update the lead status by dragging it to the appropriate column.
3 How to edit your agency profile
- 1 In the Portal, go to My Profile.
- 2 Edit name, logo, description, phone, website and social media.

- 4 Save changes. Data updates on your public listing in the directory.
Developer
How to publish off-plan projects, manage units and receive qualified leads.
1 How to publish a project
- 1 In the Portal, go to Projects → New project.
- 2 Fill in: project name, location, type (residential/commercial/mixed), construction status.

- 4 Add units: type, m², price, floor, orientation and floor plans.
- 5 Upload renders and technical documentation. Publish the project.
2 How to set up the ROI calculator
- 1 On the project page, click "ROI Calculator".
- 2 Enter: purchase price, estimated monthly rent, annual expenses and expected appreciation.

- 4 Buyers will see this data on the project page and can adjust the parameters.
3 How to export your leads to CSV
- 1 In the Portal, go to Leads.
- 2 Apply filters if needed (date, project, status).
- 3 Click "Export CSV". A file with all your leads will download.

Professional service
How to manage your service listing, receive leads and update your profile.
1 How to complete your professional profile
- 1 In the Portal, go to My Profile.
- 2 Fill in: specialty, detailed description, coverage areas, languages and indicative fees.

- 4 Upload your profile photo and supporting documents (certificates, licences).
- 5 Save. Your profile will appear in the services directory once validated.
2 How to manage client enquiries
- 1 When a user contacts you, you receive an email with their details and message.
- 2 You can also view enquiries in Portal → Leads.

- 4 Reply directly from the portal or by email.
- 5 Mark the lead as "Closed" when you've completed the service.
3 How to manage client reviews
- 1 Clients can leave you a review after you close a lead.
- 2 Reviews appear on your public profile and improve your ranking.
