How to search, filter, contact and manage your property search.

1 How to search for properties

  1. 1 Go to the properties or projects section from the main menu.
  2. 2 Use filters for type (house/apartment/land), area, price and bedrooms.
  3. 3 Apply filters and review results in list or map view.
  4. 4 Click on a property to view its full details with photos, floor plans and location.

2 How to save favorites

  1. 1 On any property page, click the heart icon.
  2. 2 Without an account, favorites are stored in your browser (cleared when you delete cookies).
  3. 3 Create a free account to sync favorites across devices.
  4. 4 Access your favorites via My Account → Favorites.

3 How to set up property alerts

  1. 1 Apply the search filters you're interested in (area, price, type).
  2. 2 Click "Save search and activate alert".
  3. 3 Enter your email if you're not registered.
  4. 4 You'll receive an automatic email when a matching property appears.

4 How to contact an agency or professional

  1. 1 On the property or service page, fill in the contact form.
  2. 2 Enter your name, email and phone. The message is optional.
  3. 3 Click "Send inquiry". The agency receives your message within minutes.
  4. 4 The agency will contact you directly by email or WhatsApp to follow up.

How to manage your partner account, upload properties and work with leads.

1 How to publish a property

  1. 1 Log in to your Portal at viaparaguay.com/portal.
  2. 2 In the sidebar menu, go to Properties → New property.
  3. 3 Fill in: type, operation, price, area, size and description.
  4. 4 Upload photos (minimum 3). Drag to reorder. Click Publish.

2 How to manage your leads

  1. 1 In the Portal, go to Leads. You have a list view and a Kanban board with statuses: New / Contacted / Qualified / Closed / Lost.
  2. 2 Click a lead to view contact details and their message.
  3. 3 Use the WhatsApp button to reply instantly, or create templates in Clients → Reply templates.
  4. 4 Update the lead status by dragging it to the appropriate Kanban column.

3 How to edit your agency profile

  1. 1 In the Portal, go to My Profile.
  2. 2 Edit name, logo, description, phone, website and social media.
  3. 3 Save changes. Data updates on your public listing in the directory.

Developer

How to publish off-plan projects, manage units and receive qualified leads.

1 How to publish a project

  1. 1 In the Portal, go to Projects → New project.
  2. 2 Fill in: project name, location, type (residential/commercial/mixed), construction status.
  3. 3 Add units: type, m², price, floor, orientation and floor plans.
  4. 4 Upload renders and technical documentation. Publish the project.

2 How to update units and construction progress

  1. 1 In the Portal, open your project and click Edit.
  2. 2 Update the total and available units as you sell.
  3. 3 Change the construction status (off-plan, under construction, finished) to reflect progress.
  4. 4 Save. Changes appear instantly on the public project page.

3 How to export your leads to CSV

  1. 1 In the Portal, go to Leads.
  2. 2 Apply filters if needed (date, project, status).
  3. 3 Click "Export CSV". A file with all your leads will download.

Professional service

How to manage your service listing, receive leads and update your profile.

1 How to complete your professional profile

  1. 1 In the Portal, go to My Profile.
  2. 2 Fill in: specialty, detailed description, coverage areas, languages and indicative fees.
  3. 3 Upload your profile photo and supporting documents (certificates, licences).
  4. 4 Save. Your profile will appear in the services directory once validated.

2 How to manage client inquiries

  1. 1 When a user contacts you, you receive an email with their details and message.
  2. 2 You can also view inquiries in Portal → Leads.
  3. 3 Reply via WhatsApp from the portal or by email.
  4. 4 Mark the lead as "Closed" when you've completed the service.

3 How to manage client reviews

  1. 1 Clients can leave you a review after you close a lead.
  2. 2 Reviews appear on your public profile and improve your ranking.
  3. 3 Reply to reviews via Portal → Reviews.
