About Shopping Mariscal López
Shopping Mariscal López is one of Asunción's most beloved and traditional shopping centers, with nearly three decades of history. Located at Quesada 5050 on the corner of Charles de Gaulle in the Villa Morra neighborhood, the mall combines a wide range of national and international stores with a family-friendly, accessible atmosphere. Its major expansion completed in 2016 brought the total gross leasable area to 21,712.60 m² with 152 commercial units. Anchor tenants include international chains such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King, and Pizza Hut. The Atlas Center, its 7-floor corporate building with 10,943 m², is also one of the most active business centers along the Mariscal López corridor. For foreigners visiting Paraguay, the mall stands out for its cultural events and artisan fairs celebrating local identity. Its most emblematic initiative is the Agroshopping, a small-scale fruit and vegetable producers' market operating every Tuesday since 1998, making the mall a genuine point of contact with Paraguayan agricultural production.
