About Instituto Cultural Paraguayo Alemán – Goethe-Zentrum
The Instituto Cultural Paraguayo Alemán (ICPA), which operates as a Goethe-Zentrum, is a nonprofit cultural organization founded on September 26, 1958, in Asunción. It offers certified German courses and international language exams, in addition to promoting cultural exchanges between Paraguay and Germany.
As a Goethe-Zentrum, it is part of the network associated with the German Goethe-Institut and organizes cultural activities — exhibitions, film, music, and talks — linked to German-speaking culture.
