El Delta

El Delta is a 1,600-hectare complex in Villa Hayes, on the right bank of the Paraguay River, between the Remanso Bridge and the Héroes del Chaco Bridge. It brings together condominiums, common areas, green spaces, retail and dining districts and a corporate center within a single master plan.

It sits 5 minutes from the access to the new Héroes del Chaco Bridge, 15 minutes from the New Corporate Corridor and 20 minutes from downtown Asunción.
