Paraguay Refrescos S.A., commercially known as Coca-Cola PARESA, is the first bottler authorized by The Coca-Cola Company in Paraguay, operating since May 13, 1965. It is part of Embotelladora Andina S.A., one of the main bottlers in the Coca-Cola system in Latin America. The bottling plant is located at Acceso Sur km 3.5 in San Lorenzo, and the company operates 8 distribution centers nationwide, with a fleet of over 330 trucks. PARESA manufactures, markets, and distributes Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Dasani, Powerade, Monster, and more. It directly employs over 2,300 people and impacts more than 27,000 indirect jobs in its value chain.
