About Parque Olímpico
The Parque Olímpico is the sports complex of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee, on the Ñu Guasu highway in Luque. It opened on 1 June 2017 and brings together an Olympic training center, a synthetic athletics track, a multipurpose sports hall, a tennis complex, beach volleyball and beach soccer courts and a shooting range.
It hosted the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in 2019, was one of the main venues of the 2022 South American Games and a venue of the 2025 Junior Pan American Games.
It also hosts shows: the Asunciónico festival moved here from the Jockey Club for its 17–19 March 2026 edition.
