Cambios Río Paraná

Cambios Río Paraná S.A. is an entity whose main activity is operating as a currency exchange house, under Law No. 2794/2005 on Exchange Entities and/or Exchange Houses and the provisions of the Central Bank of Paraguay and the Superintendency of Banks. Its head office is in Pedro Juan Caballero.

According to the shareholder roster published on its site, as of November 19, 2024, the company is made up of Elpidio de la Cruz Rojas Vallejos (50%), Nelson José García Gómez (25%) and Nelson Agustín García Barriocanal (25%), all Paraguayan nationals. Currencies it quotes include the US dollar, the Brazilian real, the euro and the Argentine peso. It also operates branches in Saltos del Guairá, Ciudad del Este, Capitán Bado and Villa Hayes, plus other locations in Pedro Juan Caballero.
