Oriente Cambios

Oriente Cambios S.A. was established on August 3, 2007. The Central Bank of Paraguay authorized it to operate through Resolution No. 12, Minute No. 1 of January 3, 2008, under Law No. 2,794 "On Exchange Entities and/or Exchange Houses", and it was registered with the General Registry Office on January 15, 2008. Its head office operates in Shopping Hwu II, Ciudad del Este, open Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. It also has service points in other areas of Ciudad del Este, in Asunción, in Pedro Juan Caballero and in Encarnación. It offers buying and selling of US dollars, euros, Brazilian reais and Argentine pesos, currency arbitrage and, through the Padired platform, payment of public and private utility bills, mobile top-ups and tuition fees.
