Valores Casa de Bolsa

Valores Casa de Bolsa S.A. is a brokerage firm (casa de bolsa) licensed by the Asunción Stock Exchange (BVA), headquartered in Asunción. It was created in 1993 under the name Sudameris Casa de Bolsa S.A., as a member of Banco Sudameris Paraguay SAECA and part of Gruppo Intesa Banca Comerciale Italiana. In 2004 it adopted its current name after being fully acquired by Portafolio de Valores SAECA. The firm presents itself as an organizing and structuring agent for stock issuances and debt securities (bonds) of private and municipal entities, and as one of the country's first fiduciary structurers. In 2023 it signed an agreement with INVIU, part of Grupo Galicia, to provide access to international investment platforms.
