About Bistró del Centro
Bistró del Centro is a bistro and restaurant operating in the city of Encarnación, in southern Paraguay.
Encarnación is separated from the Argentine city of Posadas by the Paraná River and linked to it by an international bridge, making the area a regular crossing point between the two countries. As the capital of the Itapúa department, Encarnación combines that cross-border traffic with its status as one of the most visited cities in Paraguay.
