Confratello is a restaurant. It operates in the city of Ñemby.
The quarry that ate away part of Cerro Ñemby ran for 54 years, from 1963 to 2016. The hill once stood 206 metres tall and now stands 156: the difference went out as basalt for road building. Since the quarry closed, the hill has gone back to being public space, with a two-kilometre trail and a lagoon in the crater that draws around 2,500 visits a week. It adds to the local dining movement rather than depending on the capital.
