Jaumiina Gourmet is a restaurant in Pilar.
Capital of Ñeembucú, Pilar sits on the Paraguay River at the southern edge of Paraguay. A historic town with a textile tradition, surrounded by wetlands and marshes, it is the gateway to the deep Ñeembucú region. It is the usual starting point for heading into that region. The Ñeembucú marshes are among the largest wetlands in the country. The marsh and wetland landscape surrounding Pilar is one of the most extensive in the country, and shapes much of daily life for its residents.
