La Arcadia is a restaurant located on Iturbe street, in San Ignacio.
The capital of the Misiones department, San Ignacio lies on Route 1. It was there, in 1609, that the first Jesuit reduction in what is now Paraguayan territory came into being, a chapter of history that the town's Diocesan Museum still keeps alive through Guaraní carvings that belonged to those missions. San Ignacio also works as the gateway to the Jesuit route that continues through the south of the country, so travelers following that route often begin here.
