About Restaurante Don Bigote
Restaurante Don Bigote is a restaurant in San Ignacio.
As the capital of the Misiones department, reached by Route 1, San Ignacio was the site of the first Jesuit reduction founded in present-day Paraguayan territory, back in 1609. The Diocesan Museum preserves Guaraní carvings that come from those missions, keeping that history close at hand for visitors. The town is also the gateway to the Jesuit route that continues through the south of the country, making it a natural stop for those following it.
