Right in downtown Ciudad del Este, on Avenida Adrián Jara, Rooftop Panoramic by Howard Johnson occupies the top-floor terrace of the hotel of the same name, with open views over the city. The concept is built around unhurried drinks, with a cocktail bar and a menu meant to go alongside the sunset.
Access is through the hotel lobby, right in Ciudad del Este's commercial and financial hub, a few blocks from the Friendship Bridge. It works equally well for hotel guests and for anyone stopping by just for the rooftop.
