Hiroshima Restaurant is the historic reference of Japanese cuisine in Asunción, with over three decades of uninterrupted presence in the city. Considered by Paraguay's Japanese and Nikkei community as the most authentic restaurant of its kind, it is a mandatory stop for lovers of Japanese gastronomy visiting the Paraguayan capital. The atmosphere is calm and warm, with a regular clientele that includes much of the Japanese community residing in Paraguay. The menu is extensive and faithful to tradition: sukiyaki and yosenabe are the star dishes, prepared at the table with their own brazier, ideal for enjoying in a group or family setting. The sushi section includes creative rolls like the Hiroshima Roll and Ebi Ten Roll, along with first-quality fish and seafood sashimi. Mixed tempura and udon noodles are other menu classics.
