About Kessel Sky Bar

Kessel Sky Bar is the latest and most spectacular concept from the gastronomic group of Óscar Chamorro Lafarja, which also operates Kessel and Casa Lorenzo. Inaugurated in November 2025 on the 27th floor of Petra Tower, Paraguay's tallest building with 44 floors and 170 meters of height, this restaurant combines vertigo-inducing views of Asunción and the Paraguay River with a first-class gastronomic concept based on Nikkei cuisine. The menu is 80% Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian fusion) and 20% Kessel classics, incorporating local ingredients like cassava, corn and river fish in an interpretation that celebrates the territory with technique and elegance. The jewel of the venue is the omakase bar, a space reserved for only eight diners where the chef executes a seasonal surprise menu in front of the guest, paired with signature cocktails designed to enhance each dish. Reservations are mandatory to access the restaurant.
