On Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., the second edition of the Conversatorios con Autores de Gastronomía took place, titled «Cocina de Inmigrantes», in the Gardens of the Archivo Nacional de Asunción, located at Mariscal Estigarribia esquina Iturbe, Asunción. The event was organized by the Secretaría Nacional de Cultura and the Biblioteca Nacional del Paraguay, with free admission.
Matheus Caffarena and Christian Kent took part in the meeting, where they presented their book on cuisine, migrations and gastronomy. The gathering included prior registration and the sale and signing of copies.
