40,000-Hectare Cattle Ranch and Forestry Estate in Amambay

A 40,000-hectare estate located in the Amambay department, 90 kilometers from Pedro Juan Caballero (Capitán Bado district) and 400 kilometers from Asunción. The property has been under continuous cattle production for more than 35 years, with sustained investment in genetics, herd management, animal health, pastures and forage, and an environmental preservation standard above the legal minimum.

The main activity is cattle ranching, diversified with beekeeping. The average herd totals 38,000 head of cattle, of which 12,000 are hybrid, with the goal of reaching a 50% hybrid / 50% Nelore ratio.

The land is distributed across 26,200 hectares of mechanized area with established pastures, 10,300 hectares of reforestation with eucalyptus and acacia plus natural reserve, and 5,000 hectares of natural pasture with springs, rivers and streams.
