Apartment for sale at Life Campus, Loma Pyta

Life Campus is a residential project made up of two blocks with a total of 51 units, all exterior-facing with open views. A single mini-loft typology is offered, featuring floor-to-ceiling glazed surfaces with aluminum frames and tinted glass. The unit includes a designer kitchen with textured melamine cabinets and a sintered stone countertop, closets, a desk and a bookshelf. The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with FV or similar fixtures. It also includes a flush door with electronic lock for digital access control, an individual thermos heater, porcelain tile floors and recessed LED ceiling lights. The installation is ready for a split air conditioning system.

The building offers an entrance hall, laundry, CCTV and security, a pool and barbecue area on the 7th-floor terrace, a bar lounge with an exclusive-use grill on the terrace, a bicycle storage space and an Orona elevator. The project is under construction, more than 70% complete, and expects to finish construction and deliver the units in 2023.

The proposal is aimed at small residences, with a condo-apart business model that allows the owner to resell the unit or choose the services of an administrator that manages the rental, monthly collection, general maintenance, tax payments and fund transfers to the owner. An agreement with UMAX Medical University is mentioned.
