MATTER

MATTER is a AAA-category corporate tower developed by Consorcio JGL Casatua — also the developer behind Jade Park, Cosmopolitan, Met Las Lomas, Met del Sol and Met Molas López, among other projects in Asunción — spread across 20 levels above a double-height lobby and three underground parking levels. The project was recognized at the International Property Awards 2024-2025 (London) with four distinctions, including "Best Office Development Americas" and "Best Office Development Paraguay".

It sits on the corner of San Juan XXIII and Dr. Cirilo Cáceres Zorrilla, in Las Carmelitas, a few blocks from Shopping del Sol, the World Trade Center and the Sheraton Hotel, in one of Asunción's most established corporate corridors.

Office floors come in two formats: half-floor, with 344.4 m² of total private area (including 6 parking spaces), and full floor, with 688.4 m² of total private area (12 parking spaces) — both with an 85% floor efficiency ratio and floor-to-ceiling glazed balcony-terraces. The material also advertises half-floors from 212 m² and full floors from 424 m² on other levels of the tower, which has a variable, tapering floor plan.
