Description
Tres Kandú Villa Universitaria is the first high-rise building with amenities of this category in the Villa Universitaria area of Fernando de la Mora. Developed by Urbanus EAS, the project combines the practicality of high-quality compact units with premium-level amenities infrastructure — at a price accessible to the university and young professional market.
