About San Roque González

Neighborhood in Lambaré honoring Saint Roque González de Santa Cruz, a Jesuit missionary born in Asunción in 1576, martyred and canonized by John Paul II in 1988, considered the patron saint of Paraguay. The area forms part of the residential fabric of the city.
