Museo de Itaipú Tierra Guaraní is an Itaipú Binacional space devoted to the natural and cultural history of the Upper Paraná region. It preserves an archaeological collection and scientific samples of flora, fauna and minerals gathered since dam construction began, in the 1970s.

The exhibit frames a journey through the Paraná River across time, showing what the region looked like before the reservoir formed. It's located on the Itaipú Supercarretera, in Hernandarias, within the circuit of attractions run by the binational entity.
