Capital Markets Casa de Bolsa S.A. is a brokerage firm (casa de bolsa) licensed by the Asunción Stock Exchange (BVA), headquartered in Asunción. It began operations in 1990 under the name BOLPAR Casa de Bolsa S.A., as part of the Banco Unión group. In 2005, following the entry of new shareholders, it adopted its current name, Capital Markets Casa de Bolsa S.A. The firm presents itself as a pioneer in structuring trusts, including a livestock trust and an agricultural trust, and in the first bond issuance by a production cooperative in the country, alongside Cooperativa Neuland Ltda. It states more than 20 years of experience in Paraguay's financial market, accompanying structurings, trusts and bond issuances within the Stock Exchange.
