Asados a la Estacas

Asados a la Estacas is a grill restaurant specializing in asado a la estaca, the technique of cooking meat staked upright around an open fire. It operates in Lambaré, a city in the Central Department.

Lambaré has been an independent municipality since June 5, 1962; before that date, it was administered as part of Asunción. That municipal independence, achieved more than sixty years ago, marked the point at which the city began running its own government affairs, leaving behind the stage when its administration was handled as part of the capital's.
