Cellshop Importados Paraguay was born in 2003 as a small cell phone accessories store in Ciudad del Este and over the years became one of the largest imported goods megastores of the Triple Border. Its flagship store in Ciudad del Este, on Av. Carlos Antonio Lopez near Monsenor Rodriguez, is one of the largest department stores in Paraguay: it has more than 7,000 square meters, around 10 departments and more than 800 collaborators, receiving some 10,000 visitors per day. The company markets an extremely wide variety of imported products: electronics, telephony, computing, perfumery, toys, household items, sports and more. In recent years Cellshop expanded its presence on the border: it opened a branch in Asuncion (Profesora Delia Frutos near Aviadores del Chaco) and, in 2025, it inaugurated a 4,500-square-meter megastore in Pedro Juan Caballero (Av. Guyra Campana near Jose Gaspar R. de Francia), which replicates the departments of the headquarters and adds an exclusive outlet. Cellshop also operates an e-commerce channel (cellshop.com.py) oriented to the local buyer and to shopping tourism.
