Estancia Agro Renda: 31,677 ha cattle ranch for sale in Fuerte Olimpo, Alto Paraguay

Agro Renda is a 31,677-hectare cattle ranch in the Paraguayan Chaco, currently in operation. It lies in the district of Fuerte Olimpo, Alto Paraguay department, in the Aguada Lidia area; the owner's material lists it under the reference «Fortín Carlos A. López». Access is via the private road of the Chortitzer Cooperative (Las Palmas branch), 160 km from the town of Loma Plata.

Pastures and paddocks

• 2,400 ha of planted Gatton Panic and other grasses, split into 48 paddocks of 50 ha with 5-strand fencing, holding pens, and internal roads and lanes usable year-round.
• 9,308 ha of natural pasture: cañadón lowlands and palm grassland with pasto clavel, with 12 paddocks.
• An 8-hectare natural lagoon.

Water

Watering points in the planted-pasture area rely on 5 large reservoirs (tajamares), each with its own windmill, Australian tanks and storage tanks, and a pipe network that carries water to the troughs.

• 1,200-metre airstrip approved by DINAC, the national civil aviation authority.
• Working corral with 6 sorting pens, race, head gate, bull pen and a 1,200 kg scale on a concrete floor.
