01 SYNC Asunción is a residential development by Vitrium Capital located in the Villa Morra neighborhood, on General Bernardo O'Higgins street 668, between Asunción's two main corporate and commercial hubs and near Shopping del Sol, Paseo La Galería, Universidad del Pacífico and the DADA shopping center.

The building rises 12 levels above ground floor: floors 1 to 3 house parking (with a ground-floor commercial space) and floors 4 to 12 concentrate the 72 apartments, ranging from studios to 1 and 1.5-bedroom units. The rooftop hosts the shared amenities with 360° panoramic views. The building offers 84 parking spaces and 2 elevators.

Three layouts are offered: studios of 30.5 m² total (36 units), one-bedroom apartments of 45.39 m² (27 units) and one-and-a-half-bedroom apartments of 55.15 m² (9 units).
