Ledix

Ledix is a boutique building of just 10 units developed by Consorcio JGL Casatua on the corner of Narciso R. Colmán and Cecilio da Silva Lovera, in the Las Lomas neighborhood of Asunción, five minutes from Shopping del Sol. The small scale — ten apartments and duplexes in total — is central to the project: a corner building designed for a limited number of owners in one of the city's fastest-growing areas.

The project combines three unit types. Three-bedroom apartments occupy floors 1 through 6, in variants ranging from 222 m² to 273 m² total depending on the floor and terrace size. Four-bedroom duplexes span three double levels (floors 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6), each with 356 m² total and 277 m² covered. Floor 7 is reserved for a single four-bedroom Signature Floor Penthouse unit of 402 m² total, with three private parking spaces.

The building is organized in two underground parking levels, a ground floor with lobby and amenities, six floors of apartments and duplexes, a seventh floor for the penthouse, and a rooftop amenity level on the eighth floor. The façade combines exposed concrete, aluminum window frames, glass and large-format porcelain tile cladding; interior finishes include wood-look flooring, Silestone countertops, Grohe fixtures, Roca fittings, ducted VRF air conditioning and LED lighting.

The eighth floor concentrates the amenities: a panoramic pool with a sundeck, a gym with a wet sauna, an event hall with an indoor grill and equipped kitchen, and a semi-covered game room with city views. The ground floor also has a sports room with a home theater, a full-coverage backup generator, and 30 parking spaces across two underground levels plus three courtesy spaces.

Ledix is currently being marketed in presale, under the 'Friends & Family' campaign for the first available units. Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2026, with delivery estimated for September 2029.
