About Tavai

<p>Tavai is a small rural district of Caazapá Department, in the southern part of Paraguay's Región Oriental. Its productive structure is based on subsistence smallholder agriculture and small-scale cattle ranching, activities that sustain the economic life of its communities.</p><p>The district's natural environment retains patches of native vegetation typical of the interior Atlantic forest, coexisting with cultivated plots and cattle pastures. The small scale of the main settlement and the predominance of rural life define the district's character.</p>
