About Villa Aurelia
Villa Aurelia is a traditional residential neighborhood of Asunción, located south of the corporate axis, with about 10,100 inhabitants. Its name comes from an old residence called "Villa Aurelia" that Don Cristóbal built in honor of his wife. It is characterized by its cobblestone inner streets, abundant vegetation, and low traditional architecture, in a notably calm atmosphere. It is bounded by key avenues such as Eusebio Ayala, Mariscal López, Madame Lynch, and Dr. Guido Boggiani, with an impressive bike path as one of its distinctive urban features. The neighborhood houses institutions of reference such as the General Directorate of Public Registries and the Municipality of Asunción, and is minutes away from the new corporate center of the capital. In recent years it has been revitalized with contemporary projects such as Torre Azzaro, which add modern residential offer without altering the traditional character. The real estate offer combines family houses, duplexes, and new buildings at prices more accessible than those of the premium north. For the international buyer, Villa Aurelia offers tranquility, neighborhood identity, and excellent connectivity.
