Banco do Brasil Paraguay

Banco do Brasil is present in Paraguay through the Asunción Agency, which was the bank's very first agency ever installed outside Brazil, established there in the year 1941 to support bilateral trade. The agency acts as a gateway for business between Brazil and Paraguay, positioning itself as a partner for its clients' commercial and financial dealings between the two countries and beyond.

The Asunción Agency provides its clients with highly specialized staff to handle checking and time-deposit accounts, as well as working-capital financing, discounting of commercial documents, and other foreign trade operations for companies doing business in the region. Its office is located in the city of Asunción, in Tower 1 of the Paseo La Galería building, on Aviadores del Chaco Avenue, in the Paraguayan capital's business district.
