Noemí Restaurant is a restaurant located on Coronel Godoy street, in Coronel Oviedo.
Coronel Oviedo is the capital of the Caaguazú department and one of the most populous cities in Paraguay. Its location at the center of the country made it an unavoidable crossroads: Route 2, coming from Asunción, meets Route 8 there, so much of the traffic heading east or south passes through the city. Because of that, a considerable part of the travel heading toward the east or the south of Paraguay passes through Coronel Oviedo at some point along the way.
