Copropietario is a condominium and service-charge management system built specifically for the Paraguayan building market: per-square-meter billing, collections, an owners portal and a caretakers portal, all in one place.

Three access points, one system:

• Management: buildings, expenses, statements, collections, caretakers and reports — the complete management panel, covering your whole building portfolio with consolidated and per-building reports.
• Owner: each owner has their own portal to see their service-charge breakdown, download the PDF, review their account statement and payment history, and message the management company.
• Caretaker: reports issues in their assigned buildings and tracks the status of each report.

Charges are calculated by square-meter proration (common expenses + garage) over the building total, with a detailed breakdown of each month's expenses — the same method management companies in Paraguay already use, but automated.
