About Choré
Choré is a district of San Pedro department known for its agricultural dynamism, driven in part by the establishment of colonies that have expanded the productive frontier of the area. Located in the interior of the Eastern Region, it forms part of the agricultural corridor running through the department. Soybean and other grain production, along with cattle ranching, form the economic axes of the district. The presence of organized settlers has favored the adoption of agricultural technology and the expansion of cash crops in the area.
