Avalon Casa de Bolsa

Avalon Casa de Bolsa has operated in Paraguay since 2008. The company describes itself as a brokerage firm and fund manager allied with the country's largest financial group. In 2015 it underwent an acquisition by its current shareholders together with a strategic alliance with Banco Continental. In 2020 its fund management company, Avalon A.F.P.I.S.A., was established, and in 2021 it launched its first fixed-income mutual funds in guaraníes and US dollars. Products it offers include stocks, bonds, savings deposit certificates (CDA), repos and mutual funds, plus services such as public and private issuances, advisory for international issuances, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and custody and collections management. Its headquarters is in Asunción.
