Citibank Paraguay

Citibank N.A. Paraguay Branch is Citi's direct (full) branch in the country and part of Citigroup, a bank that does business in more than 160 countries and jurisdictions with close to 200 million client accounts worldwide. It began operating in Paraguay on September 22, 1958, and since then has focused on corporate banking, serving companies, governments and institutions that need international financial services rather than retail customers.

Among the services it offers corporate clients are cash management, markets operations, electronic banking, local and foreign trade services, and CitiService support. Its head office in Paraguay operates from the CitiCenter building in the Villa Morra neighborhood of Asunción, which the bank opened in 2001 at the corner of Mariscal López Avenue and Cruz del Chaco, after previously operating from downtown Asunción and the corner of Chile and Estrella streets.
