The ranch is located in the Humid Chaco Plains ecoregion, characterized by palm savanna vegetation alternating with islands and forest formations. It preserves more than 710 hectares of original forest, equivalent to 19% of the total area. The soils belong to the Solonetz group, with clay-loam texture, medium to high fertility, and slow to impeded drainage. The property is affected by a stream.
