About El Parrillero
El Parrillero is a grill restaurant operating in Capiatá, a city in the Central department. Its offerings center on meats cooked over coals, within a city that combines neighborhood life with the commercial activity typical of Greater Asunción.
Capiatá was founded on February 2, 1640, by Martín de Ledesma Valderrama, placing it among the oldest cities in the Central department.
